Masked Identity

This was my favorite project of the year because I had my doubt about the effectiveness of the materials but once I started I realized how well gel medium can work as a paper mushe. I drew my inspiration from the movie Donnie Darko. The bunny man that haunts Donnie instantly popped into my head when the project was being explained. I enjoyed working with wire and plan on doing another mask on a bear in the future with my newly acquired skill. I wanted to put more into the pictures that went with my mask to make it even more effective, but I was unable to do so due to lack of time.
